Registration & admission

• Application form of admission can be obtained from the school office provided vacancy exists in the respective classes.
• Registered applicants will be called for the entrance test, as applicable.
• The decision of the principal in matters of admission and place shall be final.
• Transfer certificate(in original) from the school last attended along with the report card must invariably be submitted at the time of admission.

Fee payment

• Fee must be paid through 4 crossed cheques in favour of Happy Foundation drawn on any "Local Nationalised Bank".
• Cheques from outstation and non clearing house member banks will not be acceptable.
• Fee for the full session must be paid through post-dated cheques and all cheques must be deposited at the time of admission.
• The amount and date (on post dated cheques) should be as per the fee card. The school will deposit cheque in the bank on due dates.
• Each cheque should contain the name, Class, Section and admission number of the child on the back.
• Parents who want to pay the full session fee at one time can do so through a single cheque or demand draft.
• Admission fee/ Registration fee Rs. 5000/ only once.
• No hidden charges is taken.

Academic session : April to March

Class III to XII : six days week Monday to Saturday (except 2nd and 5th Saturday )

Note : Class nursery to U.K.G. Monday to Friday.

School timing for nursery to XII.

01 st March to 14th November - 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

15th November to 28th February - 9:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.

Correspondence

• All letters should be addressed to the principal, who, if it concerns a teacher may bring it to his/her attention.
• Parents should always mention the Name, Class, Section and S.R. number of the child in the correspondence.
• Teachers may be seen only after school, provided the appointment is granted by the principal.
• The school diary should be used as a means of communication between parents and teacher in cases of specific class-room /school problem of the child.
• For issuanceof any document by the school at least 48 hours of time/notice must be given.

Bidding adieu

• Notice of intention to withdraw a student from the school must be given in writing one month in advance.
• A transfer certificate will be issued only after all outstanding dues have been paid.
• The transfer certificate will be issued after four working days from the application date.
• There is no provision for a duplicate Transfer Certificate.
