• Evaluation is done with the motive of helping children learn better and not with the idea of ranking or passing judgement on them. Teachers keep detailed record of the child's physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. These evaluations give a realistic picture of child's knowledge.
• Corrections are done in a positive manner, when child requires help.
• Children are not humiliated for making mistakes. We accept mistakes as a process of learning.
• The child's progress is informed to the parents through Repord Cards and discussed at regular intervals/on report days.
• All the evaluation is done as per the latest gudelines of CBSE considering. NCF ( National Curriculum Framework )

In addition to the above, the work-sheet system and diagnostic based remedial programme exteded to individualised education plan (IEP) help in providing individual space and attention to each child including those children who otherwise find it difficult to cope well in the class.
